Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

• Manage and maintain company presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).

• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, videos).

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and innovative.

• Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads if required).

• Respond to audience queries, comments, and messages promptly to maintain engagement.

• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, ROI).

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

• Proven experience in social media management (1–3 years for Executive, 3–6 years for Manager).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

• Creative thinking with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing basics is a plus.

• Experience with social media advertising and influencer collaborations preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
