🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.

• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content — posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for consistent branding.

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices.

• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.

• Track performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize based on insights.

• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital partners for campaigns.

• Stay updated on emerging platforms, formats, and competitor activities.

🧠 Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.

• Knowledge of social media analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Experience with paid campaigns and audience targeting.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

• Creative thinking and ability to align content with brand voice.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.

• Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement online.

• Experience with influencer marketing and campaign management preferred.
