Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Manage social media calendars and coordinate with internal teams for campaign support.

Monitor, engage, and grow online communities; respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns; monitor performance and optimize for ROI.

Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversions) and prepare performance reports.

Stay current on social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.

Manage influencer partnerships or collaborations where applicable.
