A Social Media Optimizer (SMO) enhances brand visibility and engagement by optimizing social media channels. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), running campaigns, and tracking KPIs like reach and engagement to support marketing goals. They align social strategy with SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop, curate, and schedule daily content (text, images, video) to build a consistent brand voice.

Platform Management: Oversee profiles on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Engagement & Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.

Strategy & SEO Integration: Develop strategies to increase followers, enhance brand awareness, and integrate with SEO/content teams to improve traffic.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, and impressions to optimize campaigns.

Trend Monitoring: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media tools to stay competitive.
