Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing, growing, and engaging the company's online presence across social media platforms. This role involves creating impactful content, executing campaigns, tracking analytics, and ensuring brand consistency to boost visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Manage social media pages — respond to comments, messages, and community interactions promptly.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and trend-driven creatives, reels, and videos.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads) and prepare monthly reports.
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor ROI
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnership activities.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Creative writing and captioning ability.
Video editing and reel-making experience preferred.
Basic understanding of paid advertising and lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Experience in agency or branding environments preferred.
