Position Overview

The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for strategizing, creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for Clans Group’s solar projects. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in paid search advertising, performance tracking, and delivering strong ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.).

• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Create compelling ad copies and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring optimal cost per lead.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

• Optimize campaigns regularly for quality leads, higher conversions, and reduced acquisition costs.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure ad creatives support campaign goals.

• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices, especially in the renewable energy/solar domain.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

• Proven track record in lead generation campaigns, preferably in renewable energy / B2B sectors.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

• Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video/Shopping/Performance Max) preferred.

• Ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent results.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
