Job Title: Social Media Expert

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X & YouTube).

- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions.

- Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies.

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

- Monitor trends and create viral content ideas.

- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.

- Coordinate with designers and video editors for high-quality content.

- Manage comments, messages, and online community interactions.

- Collaborate with influencers and content creators.

- Track performance using social media analytics and prepare reports.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.

- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.

- Excellent content writing and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies.

- Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

- Experience in branding and influencer marketing.

- Portfolio of social media pages or previous work.
