Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.

• Optimize social media pages and profiles (e.g., SEO, bio, hashtags, visuals).

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Run paid campaigns (if required) and optimize for maximum ROI.

• Generate monthly performance reports and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an SMO Executive or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and SEO.

• Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and details.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
