Social Media Expert

The Social Media & E-commerce Executive will manage H. R. Collections’ online presence across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms, with the goal of increasing brand visibility, generating enquiries, and driving online sales of export surplus ladies garments. ��Key Responsibilities Plan monthly social media calendar (reels, posts, stories) for new stock, offers, live videos and customer testimonials. ��Create and post engaging content in Hindi/English using Canva or similar tools, aligned with H. R. Collections branding. ��Handle daily posting, comments, DMs and WhatsApp queries to convert leads into buyers (retail + wholesale). ��Run and monitor paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to bring traffic for wholesale enquiries and website/marketplace orders. ��List and update products (images, titles, prices, sizes, stock) on website and/or marketplaces (e.g. Shopify, Meesho, Amazon, etc. as applicable). ��Ensure catalogue quality: clean photos, clear descriptions, correct categories, and regular removal of out-of-stock items. ��Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory updates, order packing details and dispatch info. ��Track key metrics – followers, reach, engagement, clicks, enquiries, orders, ROAS – and share weekly performance reports. ��Stay updated on latest fashion trends, Korean winter wear, and social media trends (reels sounds, formats, hashtags). ��Suggest ideas for offers, combo deals and campaigns specially for resellers, boutique owners and online sellers. ��Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years experience in social media, e-commerce, or digital marketing (fashion/garments experience preferred). ��Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and basic understanding of online marketplaces/e-commerce platforms. ��Basic skills in Canva or any graphic/video editing app for posts, reels, thumbnails and stories. ��Comfortable in Hindi and basic English for captions, chats and customer communication. ��Understanding of online ads, targeting, and basic analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Insights, Google Analytics – plus point). ��Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple orders, chats and postings daily. ��Work Location & Reporting Location: H.
