About the Role:
AFWHO is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Handling Expert to strengthen our digital presence, drive engagement, and manage our online reputation across multiple platforms. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of social media and digital marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing visibility, brand image, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions, messages, and comments promptly and professionally.
Manage the organization’s social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Conduct competitor analysis and trend tracking to identify new engagement opportunities.
2. Content & Creative Coordination
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, infographics, and copy.
Ensure all content reflects AFWHO’s values, tone, and branding guidelines.
Initiate innovative campaigns to increase followers, drive engagement, and promote ongoing projects or housing schemes.
3. Advertising & Paid Campaigns
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Optimize ad spends and targeting parameters to maximize reach, lead generation, and ROI.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, including impressions, engagement, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
4. SEO & Website Coordination
Conduct keyword research and coordinate with the web team to enhance organic visibility.
Monitor website performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve ranking and site traffic.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing campaign results and insights.
Suggest data-driven improvements for future campaigns and social media activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, or a related field.
Experience: 0–5 years in social media management, digital marketing, or related areas.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and website analytics tools.
Understanding of content management systems and lead tracking.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Desirable (Preferred) Skills:
Certification in Digital Marketing or Google Analytics.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
Prior experience in real estate, housing projects, or institutional campaigns.
