We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Expert to join our team at AaiNova. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and be capable of creating professional corporate reels, engaging video content, posts, and campaigns that showcase our company, culture, services, and achievements.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional corporate reels, short videos, and engaging social media content for AaiNova.

• Manage and regularly update company social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Plan and execute creative content around company updates, services, events, employee activities, achievements, and campaigns.

• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels and videos with a strong focus on corporate branding and storytelling.

• Develop new and trending content ideas to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for smooth content planning and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Good skills in Reel Making, Video Editing, Content Creation, and Social Media Trends.

• Creative mindset with good communication and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing tools will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
