Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content posting, caption writing, thumbnail creation, coordinating shoots, and creating engaging content that strengthens our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.
Write engaging captions, prepare hashtags, and schedule regular posts.
Handle day-to-day posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Create attractive thumbnails and cover images for reels, videos, and social media posts.
Participate in and coordinate on-site video shoots and content creation.
Operate a camera gimbal for video shoots or be willing to learn.
Work closely with the team to plan and execute reels, stories, and other content.
Monitor social media engagement and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
Good command of written English and Hindi.
Creative thinking and an understanding of social media trends.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
Familiarity with video shooting equipment, especially gimbals, is preferred.
Must be comfortable participating in shoots and working with the team on-site.
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn new skills.
Full-time availability, including weekends.
