Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Create and schedule daily social media posts.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Respond to comments, messages, and user inquiries.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Content Creation
Write engaging captions, articles, blogs, and promotional content.
Create content calendars and campaign plans.
Coordinate graphic design requirements with the design team.
Generate creative ideas for platform growth and user engagement.
Digital Marketing Activities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
Coordinate promotional activities and online events.
Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Platform & Backend Management
Manage user data and platform content.
Update website and platform information when required.
Coordinate with developers regarding platform updates.
Verify and manage student, teacher, and institute profiles.
Monitor platform activities and ensure smooth operations.
Community Management
Engage with students, teachers, and educational institutions.
Build relationships with platform users.
Collect feedback and share improvement suggestions.
Help organize webinars, workshops, and online events.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong content writing and social media management skills.
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic understanding of Canva or graphic design tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of WordPress or website management.
Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, and AI tools.
Basic SEO knowledge.
Experience managing online communities.
