Job Description: SEO & Google Ads Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO & Google Ads Executive to join our team in the office. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic and managing paid search campaigns to generate high-intent leads for our NGO consultancy, registration, and compliance services at ngoexperts.com.

Location: Noida
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month (commensurate with experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

SEO (On-Page & Technical): Perform keyword research targeting NGO services (NGO registration, 12A/80G, FCRA compliance). Optimize website content and meta tags, and perform basic technical audits (site speed, indexing issues).
Google Ads & Grants Management: Set up and monitor Google Search campaigns. Manage the Google Ad Grants ecosystem.
Link Building: Execute white-hat off-page strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and build domain authority.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track day-to-day traffic and lead generation performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (B2B, lead generation, or professional agency background preferred).
Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Ad Grants Exposure: Prior knowledge or experience managing Google Ad Grants for nonprofits is a strong advantage.
Mindset: Analytical approach with the ability to optimize campaigns based on cost-per-lead (CPL).
