Backlink Outreach Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Junior Backlink Outreach Specialist to join our SEO team. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn the art of professional link building. You will be responsible for executing the outreach strategy designed by our senior team, making you a vital part of our organic growth engine.

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Assist the Senior Strategist in identifying high-quality, relevant websites and blogs for potential link opportunities.

2. Email Outreach Execution: Execute daily cold email campaigns to webmasters and editors, pitching content, or negotiating link placements using provided templates.

3. Relationship Management: Maintain and organize a clean database of outreach contacts, link status, and follow-up schedules.

4. Content Coordination: Coordinate with the content team to ensure outreach materials (guest posts, articles) are ready and pitched according to the schedule.

5. Reporting: Track and report on basic link building metrics, including emails sent, response rates, and links acquired.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent skills in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to manage large volumes of data.
