We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead our search engine optimization initiatives and drive organic growth across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO, and a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website architecture, content, internal linking, and metadata for maximum visibility.
Perform regular SEO audits and monitor technical SEO health, including site speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all projects.
Manage and monitor backlink strategies, outreach campaigns, and link-building initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, CTRs, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates, trends, and industry best practices.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SEO strategies and execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GA4).
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical SEO.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
