Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to join Koshika International and manage end-to-end online marketing initiatives. The role involves handling SEO, content, social media, and paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on performance and measurable outcomes.

This is an onsite role offering an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000, along with a dynamic learning and growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage and grow social media presence through professional creatives (images & videos).
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Create and manage high-quality content using AI tools and content platforms.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize budgets for better ROI.
Coordinate with content and design teams for smooth campaign execution.
Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies for lead generation and growth.

Job Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Mandatory experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai or similar) for content generation.
Ability to create professional social media creatives (images & videos) using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong communication skills with a result-oriented and performance-driven approach.
