Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven SEO Specialist with 3–6 years of experience to manage and improve our organic search presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and content planning, particularly in the fintech / forex / B2B SaaS domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Page SEO

Conduct keyword research (high-intent, commercial & transactional keywords)

Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and service pages

Improve meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking

Optimize content for B2B SaaS and fintech audience

Implement schema markup and structured data

2. Technical SEO

Perform website audits (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing issues)

Improve site speed and performance

Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags

Fix broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content

Work with developers for technical improvements

3. Off-Page SEO

Develop high-quality backlink strategies

Manage outreach campaigns

Build authority through guest posting and PR

Monitor backlink health and remove toxic links

4. Content Strategy

Plan SEO-driven blog calendar

Identify keyword gaps and competitor opportunities

Work with content team for optimized blog writing

Track content performance and improve rankings

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions

Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush

Prepare monthly SEO performance reports

Suggest CRO improvements for better lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–6 years of proven SEO experience

Strong understanding of Google algorithms & ranking factors

Hands-on experience with:

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest

Screaming Frog

Knowledge of HTML basics and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

Experience in B2B SaaS / Fintech / Forex industry (preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work closely with developers & marketing team

Good to Have

Experience in international SEO (EMEA, APAC markets)

Knowledge of technical SEO audits

Experience in optimizing landing pages for lead generation

Understanding of conversion funnels in B2B
