SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competition analysis, and content gap analysis.

• Optimize website content, metadata, site architecture, and internal linking structure.

• Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to fix issues (crawl errors, indexation, site speed, mobile usability).

• Monitor and analyze site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Create and manage a backlink strategy, including link-building campaigns, outreach, and guest posting.

• Track keyword rankings, conversions, and organic performance metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

• Stay current with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Optimize and manage local SEO for Google Business Profile and local listings if applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
