SEO Executive

Role Purpose:

To drive organic growth through advanced keyword research, competitor intelligence, structured content strategy, and continuous technical optimization across all digital properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research & Strategy

• Conduct deep keyword research based on search intent (informational, commercial, transactional).

• Build structured keyword clusters to prevent internal competition and cannibalization.

• Identify low-competition, high-opportunity keywords for faster ranking.

• Map keywords to specific landing pages and content assets.

• Develop long-tail keyword expansion strategies.

2. Competitor & Market Analysis

• Perform detailed competitor gap analysis using Semrush.

• Identify content gaps, backlink opportunities, and ranking weaknesses.

• Monitor competitor keyword movements and domain authority trends.

• Reverse-engineer high-performing competitor content strategies.

3. Content Planning & Pillar Strategy

• Define content pillars and topic clusters for each website.

• Create structured content calendars aligned with ranking goals.

• Plan SEO-optimized landing pages for campaigns and services.

• Coordinate with content writers to ensure keyword integration and semantic optimization.

• Ensure proper internal linking structure between pillar and cluster pages.

4. Technical SEO Optimization

• Conduct regular technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, schema validation).

• Optimize site structure, URL hierarchy, and breadcrumb schema.

• Monitor Core Web Vitals and page speed metrics.

• Fix redirect chains, broken links, duplicate content, and canonical errors.

• Implement structured data and schema markup improvements.

5. On-Page SEO Management

• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt tags.

• Improve keyword density and semantic relevance using Rank Math Pro.

• Monitor SEO score and content readability.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness and UX optimization.

6. Backlink & Authority Building

• Develop ethical backlink acquisition strategies.

• Identify high-authority domains for guest posting and outreach.

• Monitor toxic backlinks and disavow harmful domains.

• Track domain authority growth and link velocity.

7. Analytics & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings and traffic growth trends.

• Monitor impressions, CTR, and average position via Search Console.

• Generate structured monthly SEO performance reports.

• Recommend data-driven improvements based on analytics insights.
