Job Title: SEO Manager

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy and improve website's visibility across major search engines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and analytics. The candidate will work closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns.
Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs, including rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and implement best practices.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
Improve website speed, crawlability, indexing, and user experience from an SEO perspective.
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent tools.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Efficient with AI tools and related optimization.

Preferred Skills

Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and schema markup.
Basic knowledge of PPC and content marketing.
Experience with AI-powered SEO tools is an added advantage.
