Job Title: SEO Team Leader

We're Hiring – SEO Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Leader to join our growing digital marketing team. If you have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SEO strategies, and a passion for driving organic growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SEO team to achieve organic traffic and ranking goals.
Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Track SEO KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to execute SEO campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
Mentor team members and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
