Job Summary:

Arise Web Technology is looking for a highly motivated and experienced senior SEO executive to lead SEO initiatives, manage a team, and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, SEO analytics, and team management, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute result-oriented SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives by assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and detailed SEO audits.

• Manage and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and other SEO tools.

• Coordinate with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.

• Review team performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Track SEO KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and implement the latest SEO strategies.

• Handle multiple SEO projects and ensure timely achievement of targets.
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with team handling experience.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage SEO team members.

• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and similar platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
