Budget & ROI Ownership: Oversee and deploy the monthly paid media budget. Continually optimize campaign elements to achieve aggressive pipeline, revenue, and ROI targets.
A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization: Run relentless split tests on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to boost click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
On-Site Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our on-site design and content teams to conceptualize, brief, and critique high-converting ad assets (video scripts, hooks, and banners).
Data Analytics & Attribution: Set up, audit, and maintain tracking architecture (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API). Analyze campaign data daily inside Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to identify performance bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Reporting: Build data dashboards and present clear, face-to-face performance insights to senior leadership on weekly and monthly trends.
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns with a verifiable track record of scaling ad spend profitably.
Platform Mastery: Advanced technical knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Data-Driven Mindset: High proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for advanced data manipulation, pivot tables, and cohort analysis.
Creative Instincts: Strong understanding of what makes a visual or copy element convert, allowing you to accurately brief creative teams.
Work Arrangement: Ability to work full-time on-site at our corporate office.
