• Sales Leadership:
Drive sales strategy and ensure monthly revenue goals are met.
• Team Management:
Manage a team of sales executives, assign targets, train, and monitor performance.
• Client Acquisition:
Generate B2B leads, pitch services, and close deals with a consultative approach.
• Service Knowledge Required:
• Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, Custom)
• SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page)
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Social Media Strategy & Management
• WhatsApp & Email Marketing
• Influencer & Performance Marketing
• Proposal & Pitching:
Build and present custom proposals, pricing, and pitch decks to clients.
• Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with delivery, design, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• CRM & Reporting:
Maintain lead funnel, track performance, and report weekly to the management.

• Proven experience in digital marketing agency sales (minimum 4 years)
• Must have knowledge of all major digital marketing services
• Strong communication, pitching, and follow-up skills
• Experience in managing a sales team
• Comfortable working on-site full-time at NSP, Delhi
