Job Summary -
The Project Head – Digital Marketing is responsible for leading, planning, and delivering end-to-end digital marketing projects across multiple channels. This role involves managing teams, clients, budgets, timelines, and performance to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and manage end-to-end digital marketing projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define and control project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while ensuring smooth issue resolution.
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional digital marketing teams including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Design, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, conducting regular meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, SMM, content, email, and performance marketing.
Oversee campaign execution, optimization, ROI tracking, and continuous improvement across all digital channels.
Approve media plans, creatives, content strategies, and campaign roadmaps to ensure alignment with client goals and brand standards.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, leads, conversions, CPA, and ROI, and provide strategic insights through performance reports.
Drive data-driven decision-making and ensure consistent reporting and analytics across projects.
Establish, refine, and enforce digital marketing processes, best practices, quality standards, and compliance with brand and industry guidelines.
Lead initiatives for automation, tool adoption, and operational efficiency improvements.
