Role Summary
We are hiring a mid-level performance marketer with strong Amazon Ads expertise, complemented by Meta Ads and Google Ads experience. You will manage full-funnel campaign execution, performance optimization, cross-channel budget allocation, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings a sharp analytical mind, an eye for detail, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Amazon Ads: Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns end-to-end. Optimize campaigns based on ACoS, ROAS, and sales goals. Maintain proper keyword strategy, bid strategy, and audience targeting.
Google Ads: Launch and optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. Maintain Merchant Center sync and audience signals.
Meta Ads: Manage prospecting and retargeting campaigns with attention to creative-performance mapping. Work with internal team on DPA setup and advanced targeting.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance daily, weekly, and monthly. Share insights and highlight opportunities across channels. Create growth reports using Sheets/Excel and dashboards.
Collaboration Work closely with creative teams to develop briefs, iterate on visual and copy assets, and ensure platform-specifi c compliance.
Growth Innovation: Test and scale new campaign types, placements, and audience strategies. Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and seasonal performance changes.
Skills & Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in digital/performance marketing, with at least 1 year of Amazon Ads campaign experience.
Amazon Ads Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, A+ content linkage, bid adjustments, and ad group structures.
Platform Stack: Proven experience managing Meta Ads (FB + IG) and Google Ads, including Shopping & P-Max.
Data Skills: Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, especially pivot tables, lookups, campaign-level analysis, and attribution reporting.
Communication: Ability to articulate insights clearly across performance and creative teams.
Preferred: Knowledge of catalog sync tools (Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch), Amazon DSP, or scripts for bulk changes.
Bonus Experience with Flipkart Ads or other Indian marketplaces.

Salary
Base CTC ₹5,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise)
