About the Role

Digital Das is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. If you have a data-driven mindset and a passion for generating quality leads and maximizing ROI, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max).
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams.
Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, and performance optimization.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid media platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation is a plus.
