About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns that maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve targeting and ad performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and copy aligned with campaign objectives.
Monitor daily performance and provide actionable insights with data-driven recommendations.
Analyze competitors, trends, and market insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Generate detailed campaign reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate results with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid digital campaigns.
Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, and remarketing tools.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
