Performance Marketing Exicutive/Manager
A Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results such as leads, sales, and ROI. This role focuses heavily on data-driven strategies across paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channel
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and create actionable insights
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Track and report campaign performance to stakeholders regularly
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of PPC, paid social, display advertising, and retargeting
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or data tools
Understanding of SEO, CRO, and marketing funnels
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or lead generation industries
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
