Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate / Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling affiliate and performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across affiliate networks, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and influencers.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.

• Negotiate commission structures, offers, and promotional opportunities with affiliates.

• Track and report key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in affiliate and performance marketing.

• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within allocated spends.

• Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, channels, and innovative campaigns.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
