Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversions.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
E-commerce Management
Manage company website and online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
Improve product visibility through SEO and marketplace optimization.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor sales trends, customer reviews, and product performance.
Digital Marketing
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and online sales.
Collaborate with the creative team for banners, videos, product images, and promotional content.
Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
Work closely with influencers, affiliates, and external marketing agencies.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation.
Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools and data visualization platforms.
Experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Consumer Products industry will be an added advantage.
