📋 Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation campaigns)
Generate high-quality leads and conversions through paid campaigns
Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and ROAS
Create and manage retargeting and lookalike audiences
Set up and monitor tracking using Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Work closely with sales/operations team to improve conversion rates
🎯 Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Deep understanding of performance marketing & lead generation funnels
Knowledge of Pixel, CAPI, GTM, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS
Experience in managing paid campaigns at scale (preferred)
Understanding of landing pages and funnel optimization
