Marketing Strategist – RERA Services
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Strategist to lead and manage marketing initiatives. Our office provides key services including real estate project registration, compliance support, and registration extensions. We need a marketing professional who can effectively position these offerings to builders, agents, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of marketing principles with insight into the real estate or regulatory sector. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of RERA services, helping ensure developers and agents meet their legal obligations while maintaining trust and transparency in the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Design and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of RERA services, including project registration, compliance, and extensions.
Targeted Campaigns:
Plan and execute outreach campaigns tailored to builders, promoters, agents, and consultants to promote timely compliance and registration.
Content Creation:
Develop clear, compliant, and informative content for digital platforms, brochures, emailers, and public notices.
Digital Marketing:
Manage SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising to effectively reach and educate the target audience.
Stakeholder Communication:
Build and maintain relationships with developers, real estate associations, and legal advisors to enhance engagement and gather feedback.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, stakeholder needs, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking:
Measure marketing effectiveness using key metrics and reporting tools; make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Event Coordination:
Support and coordinate seminars, webinars, and workshops to educate the real estate community on RERA compliance and services.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in service marketing, preferably in real estate, regulatory services, or government projects.
Familiarity with RERA regulations, developer processes, or compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
