job Title: Meta Ads Manager

Location: Rajguru Nagar, Ludhiana

Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Type: Full-time

Role:

Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to drive leads, sales, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Create & manage Meta ad campaigns

Audience research & competitor analysis

Optimize ROI & reduce cost per conversion

Track performance & report results

Run A/B tests (creatives, copy, targeting)

Coordinate with creative team

Requirements:

Experience with Meta Ads Manager & Pixel

Strong analytical & communication skills

Data-driven mindset

Experience in lead gen & e-commerce
