Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketplace Team Leader to manage and lead our marketplace operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations, managing team performance, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of marketplace activities across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the marketplace operations team.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to achieve targets.

• Manage marketplace accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.

• Oversee product listing, catalog management, and product optimization.

• Monitor inventory, orders, pricing, and account health.

• Handle marketplace issues, escalations, and client queries.

• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and operational targets.

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve productivity.

• Coordinate with internal departments and clients for smooth operations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations.

• Previous experience in team handling and team management is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle work pressure.

• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.

• Strong client coordination and escalation management skills.

• Target-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce company will be preferred.

• Must have experience managing a team and handling marketplace operations independently.

• Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
