Manager The Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable results. Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Experience & Marketing program, this role manages a team dedicated to digital campaign execution, website publishing, analytics, SEO, platform UAT, email marketing, social media and work pipeline management. The Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver optimal outcomes. Roles & responsibilities q Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media channels. q Oversee website publishing using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards for kpmg.com website q Oversee campaign and event management to maximize marketing effectiveness, including coordination of virtual and in-person events . q Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement. q Supervise analytics and reporting activities, delivering actionable insights and regular performance reports to leadership. q Ensure data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs and recommending improvements for marketing initiatives. q Coordinate with creative, communications, and product teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. q Ensure regular updates, governance checkpoints, and adherence to the QA framework across the team. Team Leadership q Manage and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. q Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous learning and knowledge sharing. q Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts within the digital marketing team. q Provide overall people leadership oversight for the digital marketing team ensuring high engagement, role clarity, and healthy team dynamics. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management q Manage stakeholder expectations for BAU operations and delivery commitments, ensuring transparent communication and proactive risk escalation. q Maintain active engagement with senior leads/members for strategic guidance, dependency alignment, and decision-making support. q Ensure service continuity, clarity of priorities, and adherence to operational SLAs/OLAs. q Act as a primary point of contact for external partners and vendors supporting digital marketing activities. q Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement. Compliance and Operational Hygiene q Ensure individual and team utilization health through proactive planning and load balancing. q Maintain 100% adherence to compliance protocols within the team q Ensure disciplined adherence to governance practices across BAU and project delivery. Educational qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Work experience q 10+ years of experience for a postgraduate and an additional 3 years of experience for graduates in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management, website publishing, and analytics. q Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, social media, analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools. q Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven results. q Excellent communication skills, capable of translating marketing strategies and analytics into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. q Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members in a collaborative environment. q Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
