Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to build and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, creating, and executing engaging content while managing social media, digital advertising, lead generation, SEO, and overall online marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Branding

• Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms.

• Create graphics, carousels, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.

• Shoot and edit photos/videos using a mobile phone or camera for marketing purposes.

• Coordinate with the design and production team for content requirements.

• Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent brand presence.

• Write engaging captions, copy, and marketing content.

Social Media Management

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.

• Publish and schedule regular posts, reels, stories, and videos.

• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.

• Track social media performance and suggest improvements.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

• Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing activities.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing and conversions.

SEO & Website Management

• Perform on-page and basic off-page SEO.

• Publish and manage blogs on the company website.

• Optimize website content for search engines.

• Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Suggest improvements to increase website visibility and organic traffic.

Marketing Strategy

• Research industry trends and competitor activities.

• Identify new marketing opportunities and growth strategies.

• Plan promotional campaigns for new services and projects.

• Assist in branding, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.

• Generate innovative ideas to increase brand awareness and business inquiries.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

• Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress is an advantage.

• Strong creativity, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.

• Freshers with an excellent portfolio, strong creativity, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
