We are looking for a Performance Marketing Consultant to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI
Manage budgets and bidding strategies effectively
Generate high-quality leads for clients across different industries
Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign results
Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals
Prepare performance reports and insights
Requirements:
Basic to advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of conversion tracking and funnels
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good communication skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with CRM tools
Knowledge of landing page optimization
