Job Title: Marketing Executive – Social Media & Content

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support: Work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to implement content calendars, campaign strategies, and engagement plans across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using trending formats and hooks relevant to the finance industry.

Content Writing: Write concise and engaging captions, post copies, and finance-related content (blogs, scripts, carousel posts, etc.) in simple and relatable language.

Coordination: Assist in coordinating with design, video, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely publishing of content.

Research & Trends: Stay updated with current social media trends, finance news, and best practices to make content relevant and viral-ready.

Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports for content and social channels under the guidance of the senior manager.

Required Skills

• Basic video shooting and editing skills (using tools like CapCut, InShot, VN Editor, etc.)

• Strong writing skills with a flair for simplifying financial concepts

• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn algorithms

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive, organized, and deadline-oriented
