Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and expanding the company’s Facility Management services across residential apartments, gated communities, IT parks, and corporate establishments. The role involves generating qualified leads, meeting clients, presenting service solutions, and supporting business growth with a professional and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Identification

• Identify potential clients such as residential associations, builders, property managers, and IT facility heads.

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.

• Maintain a database of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

• Meet clients to understand their facility requirements (housekeeping, security, MEP, manpower supply, etc.).

• Present company profile, service offerings, pricing structure, and operational capabilities.

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with operations team to prepare proposals.

3. Proposal & Business Development

• Prepare professional quotes, service proposals, and agreements as per client needs.

• Negotiate terms and close contracts in alignment with company policies.

• Coordinate with management to ensure pricing and service standards meet customer expectations.

4. Marketing & Branding Activities

• Support digital marketing initiatives by providing market insights, client updates, and competitor analysis.

• Represent the company in FM exhibitions, networking meets, and promotional events.

• Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and digital content related to facility services.

5. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with residential associations, IT admin teams, and key decision-makers.

• Ensure client satisfaction during onboarding and service initiation.

• Collect feedback and report service issues to the operations team for quick resolution.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit reports, lead status updates, and business pipeline trackers.

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

• Ensure all documents—agreements, proposals, compliance details—are accurately maintained.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of facility management services (housekeeping, security, technical).

• Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, networking platforms, and CRM tools.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
