Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (E-commerce & Course Sales)

Location : Varanasi Onsite

Any : Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

- Manage ad campaigns specifically for e-commerce products and course sales.

- Generate high-quality leads and drive conversions.

- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, and CTR.

- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting.

- Track performance using analytics tools and scale successful campaigns.


Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.

- Experience in course selling or e-commerce marketing (preferred).

- Knowledge of pixel tracking and analytics tools.
