Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Architecture/Interior Design/Remodeling projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors to resolve any on-site issues.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of interior work.

• Interpret and execute AutoCAD drawings and layout plans on-site.

• Monitor quality control and ensure all work is carried out to design specifications and safety standards.

• Manage site resources including materials, manpower, and tools.

• Regularly report progress to the manager and flag any issues or delays.

• Maintain site documentation including checklists, material records, and daily work logs.

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the job site at all times.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Prior experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in residential interior site supervision.

• Proficiency in reading and executing and drafting AutoCAD drawings.

• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have own vehicle for site visits.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work under pressure.
