Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, an understanding of visual communication, and a passion for creating engaging digital content.

You will work closely with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to develop designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media platforms.

• Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.

• Develop banners, posts, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, presentations, and other digital assets.

• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creative communication.

• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to understand campaign requirements.

• Convert creative briefs and concepts into effective visual designs.

• Make design revisions based on feedback from seniors and clients.

• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and visual styles.

• Assist the senior design team with larger creative projects and campaigns.

• Organize and maintain design files and assets properly.

• Ensure all creatives are delivered within the required timelines.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools is an advantage.

• Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into designs.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

• Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant design skills are encouraged to apply.
