Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing seasonal collections for women’s Western and Indo-Western wear.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, prints, and silhouettes.
Develop mood boards, inspiration boards, and concept presentations.
Create design sketches (hand-drawn or digital).
Assist in fabric sourcing, trims selection, and vendor coordination.
Support in sample development and fittings.
Prepare tech packs and specification sheets.
Help in embroidery placements, print development, and detailing.
Coordinate with production and merchandising teams.
Maintain design documentation and sample records.
