Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Email Marketing Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email communications, improving engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting overall marketing goals through effective email strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns (promotional, newsletters, and drip campaigns)

• Write engaging email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action

• Manage email databases, list segmentation, and audience targeting

• Work with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms

• Set up basic automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences

• Perform A/B testing to improve open and click-through rates

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Bounce Rate, Conversions)

• Coordinate with the design and digital marketing team for campaign execution

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and campaign lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with email tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar

• Ability to create and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails

• Knowledge of email list management, segmentation, and audience targeting

• Understanding of email design basics (HTML/CSS) and responsive email templates

• Good content writing and subject line creation skills

• Basic knowledge of lead generation and automation workflows
