Ecommerce Operations Executive

Shinelabb Diamond is looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to manage our online inventory and product presence. You will be responsible for creating high-quality product listings on our Shopify store and other ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for jewelry aesthetics and the technical skills to optimize listings for search and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Catalog Management: Accurately upload and manage products on Shopify, ensuring all technical specifications (Carat, Color, Clarity, Cut) are correct.

• Content Creation: Write compelling, SEO-friendly titles and product descriptions that highlight the beauty and value of our diamonds.

• Image & Media Management: Upload and organize high-resolution product images and videos, ensuring they meet platform standards.

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain real-time inventory updates and manage product variants (e.g., metal type, ring size, diamond shapes).

• SEO Optimization: Use relevant keywords in listings to improve organic search rankings on Google and Shopify.

• Data Entry: Manage bulk product uploads using CSV files and Google Sheets.

• Quality Assurance: Regularly audit the website to fix broken links, missing images, or incorrect pricing.
