Position: E-commerce Executive (Amazon / Flipkart)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, and overall marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
Product Listing (Single & Bulk Upload)
Catalog Creation & Optimization
Inventory Management & Stock Updates
Order Processing & Return Handling
Price Monitoring & Competitor Analysis
Coordination with Warehouse & Courier Partners
Handle Customer Queries & Claims
Monitor Account Health & Performance Metrics
Generate MIS Reports (Daily/Weekly Sales Report)
Basic Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart Ads (Preferred)

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Panel
Excel (Basic to Intermediate)
Good Communication Skills
Attention to Detail
Time Management
Problem Solving Ability

Qualification:

Graduate (Any Stream)
E-commerce experience preferred

Work Environment

Office-Based Role: 100% Work from Office

Responsibility: Manage own leads, data, and daily reporting to management.

Location: Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Incentives as per performance)
