Position: E-commerce Executive (Amazon / Flipkart)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, and overall marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

• Product Listing (Single & Bulk Upload)

• Catalog Creation & Optimization

• Inventory Management & Stock Updates

• Order Processing & Return Handling

• Price Monitoring & Competitor Analysis

• Coordination with Warehouse & Courier Partners

• Handle Customer Queries & Claims

• Monitor Account Health & Performance Metrics

• Generate MIS Reports (Daily/Weekly Sales Report)

• Basic Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart Ads (Preferred)

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Panel

• Excel (Basic to Intermediate)

• Good Communication Skills

• Attention to Detail

• Time Management

• Problem Solving Ability

Qualification:

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• E-commerce experience preferred

Work Environment

Office-Based Role: 100% Work from Office

Responsibility: Manage own leads, data, and daily reporting to management.

Location: Greater Noida

 Employment Type: Full-time

 Salary: : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Incentives as per performance)
