Location: Todapur, WZ-77 (Nearest Metro: Shadipur / Naraina Vihar / Rajender Place)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year (E-commerce Operations)
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations including order processing, shipment handling, product listings, claims, and platform support tickets across Amazon, Flipkart, Blink It, Instamart.

Key Responsibilities

Order processing and dispatch coordination across marketplaces
Shipment handling and tracking for multiple platforms
Product listing creation (single & bulk uploads)
Claim filing and follow-ups (returns, logistics, etc.)
Amazon operations:
- FBA / FBM shipment creation
- Raise tickets for missing removal items and discrepancies in FBA shipments
Flipkart operations and support ticket handling
Quick-commerce shipment handling:
- Blinkit shipments
- Instamart shipments
Ensure timely updates in system, coordination with warehouse/logistics, and resolution of issues

Required Skills & Eligibility

Minimum 6 months to 1 year in e-commerce operations
Hands-on experience with:
- Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM, claims, ticketing)
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Bulk listing tools and single listing creation
- Shipment discrepancy handling and documentation
Basic Excel knowledge (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
