Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage online sales channels, digital marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce platforms, driving online sales growth, managing digital advertising, and improving brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
Manage and maintain product listings on online marketplaces and websites.
Update product information, pricing, images, and inventory regularly.
Process and monitor customer orders, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
Track marketplace performance and optimize product visibility.
Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports.
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
Run paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, and Revenue Growth.
Identify market trends and competitor activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Respond to customer inquiries across digital channels.
Maintain customer satisfaction and online reputation.
Handle customer feedback and reviews professionally.
Required Skills
Experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication and content-writing skills.
Basic graphic design knowledge using tools such as Canva is preferred.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications
